So I was watching the Martha Stewart show today, cause I love that show!, and they showed this worksheet that you can fill out to figure out just how many calories you should be eating per day, depending on what your goal weight is. I was really excited because I've been wondering how much I personally should be intaking. I'm positive that I've not been eating the correct amount. And now that I'm feeling major urgency to eat HEALTHIER, I am super motivated to do it correctly and immediately! So, here's the link to both pages.
