This is pretty crazy. This is a picture our friend Brandon took. He lives in our old apartment building just on the other side, near the parking lot. So, this would've been our view of the San Marcos fire at 3am Monday morning from our old apartment. Pretty scary! I would've definitely been in panic mode. I'm so grateful that the firefighters were able to put this fire out so quickly. Our whole ward would've been evacuated. As it was, a lot of our old ward was, but at least they're all safe now.
