Spring Fee-vah!

In this special case, I'm referring mostly to my urgent need to CLEAN! Yes, I admit the dark truth...I love to clean. Punch me, kick me, invite me over...whatever. But it's true.

Today I attacked our bedroom closet....wowzers! Big mess in there(which mess I'm referring to is disorganization, not the pile of clothes slash whatever else you have already as your mental picture), which of course led me to further secrets of our small apartment (like the front closet, the storage closet, my dresser, even the bathroom!). Don't you love how that happens? You go to clean out one thing, and before you know it, your whole place is tornado-land because, one thing leads to another, and then another and then?.....you have NO idea where you're going to put anything.

And then, of course, I see how dusty things are (plus I'm sneezing and feeling itchy in the throat), so I have to grab the Pledge and wipe it all down. Then as I'm pulling out the Pledge I notice the Lysol wipes, which I want to use to clean out the storage bins I've just emptied out onto my bed. Then as I'm putting things away in the bathroom I see the disgusting-ness of it all and douse with PineSol and Comet to really get it. Let's not forget the Soft Scrub by any means!
I think what it comes down to, is I really just want to feel like I've accomplished SOMETHING today. And if I smell it, I feel 100% better. I can play with the girls, laze around reading or do whatever, knowing that my house is cleanER (big emph on the ER) than it previously was. HoorA!

I knew I liked you for a reason. I LOVE cleaning and organizing. I figured out that Saturday General Conference is a great time to organize drawers/closets while you're listening!

No house is complete without Comet! (My mom taught me that)

I used to be that way and then I got pregnant, again. Now if the dishes are done I feel really productive – laundry done, yeah never happens. I'm waiting for that spurt of second trimester energy that should be arriving in the next few weeks. :)

Wow...you really inspire me to deep clean my apartment...it is amazing how much grime and dust can build up in the oddest places!

I totally know the feeling. I love it! But it gets hard when you have babies
